I've been the Manager of the Cooperative Library Services for 9 years, and previously headed out Automation Dept. My office plays a primary coordination role between the County, 8 cities and two non-profit organizations that operate public libraries in order to provide library service to all county residents. Intergovernmental relationships (inside and outside of the County) are key to making many of our arrangements work.
