Regan Harper is the director of the Training and OCLC Services division where her specialty is handling OCLC services, including both hardware and software issues. Regan previously served as deputy librarian of the English Faculty Library at Oxford University in England. She earned her Diploma in Librarianship from Thames Valley University, London.
