Letting the Patrons Drive

Acquisitions has changed the collection development process by shifting purchasing decisions from just in case to just in time. Join Sally Gibson, Head, Technical Service & Serials, to learn about the implementation process of Demand Driven Acquisitions (DDA), budgetary planning, the role of selectors, and our overall impression of the service after the first year of use.
