About the Event
Would you like to increase Latino membership and sustain members who already use the library regularly? Find out your Latino patrons preferences to plan your activities more effectively. Learn how to identify your Latino market segments, their differences and commonalities. Set up activities and schedules around their working and leisure time. Overcome language and cultural barriers, and get tips on how to improve services. Although everybody is welcomed, this workshop is recommended for library staff with some experience in the Latino arena.
