Hello Downtown Librarians!

 

I’m happy to announce that our next meeting is taking place at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts & Sanford-Brown College next Wednesday, August 10 at noon. We are being hosted by Darla Sims Garcia,  the fabulous librarian there.

For those of you who have not attended our get-togethers, we each bring our own lunch, and get to enjoy seeing a different library each month. Mostly, it’s an excellent opportunity to meet with fellow librarians to discuss how we’re doing, and what we’re working on. So, come one, come all! We’ll have our lunch, and for those that can stay, Darla will give us a tour of the library and the schools.

Enter the Galleria on 10th Ave and take the elevators (immediate left) to the fourth floor and proceed to reception at Sanford-Brown, which is right in front of you when exiting the elevator. Reception will let you in and tell/show you where we are meeting.
