Why is talking about diversity important? Because the nation’s population is changing. Because it’s the right thing to do. Because it improves organizations. This presentation will help diversity advocates utilize the available literature and research to explain why diversity is important for libraries and how it can be an asset for organizational improvement. This session will provide multiple approaches for having the diversity conversation with various audiences. This webinar is part of the Office for Diversity’s Diversity Leadership Online series
