Instructors Sally Decker Smith, library consultant, and Ted Swigon, museum design consultant, will share practical and effective ideas for making patron-engaging differences in the library. Participants will learn how to look at their libraries with a visitor’s eye and will walk away with affordable, out-of-the-box ideas sure to create first impressions that make positive lasting impressions.

Faxing/mailing instructions are on the form. Faxed or mailed registration forms must be received by the posted registration deadline (above). Forms received after the deadline will not be processed. This webinar will be archived and a link will emailed to all registrants. If you cannot attend the live presentation, you should still register for the webinar in order to be notified when the archive is available for viewing.
