Core List for an Environmental Reference Collection
The EPA National Library Network is pleased to announce the availability
of its updated Core List for an Environmental Reference Collection (EPA
260 B-10-001) at http://www.epa.gov/libraries/core/coretoc.htm . The new
2010 edition is accessible through the Agency's digital archive and may
be freely searched, downloaded, or printed. The purpose of the "Core List"
is to identify key information resources in the areas of environmental
protection, management, and science. The "Core List" was developed by
EPA’s National Library Network for EPA information professionals, state
environmental librarians, environmental libraries in other countries, and
other individuals involved in developing or managing collections of
environmental information resources. The Network plans to update the
Core List periodically, expanding it to include new information sources. For
