This presentation about introducing RFID and automated materials handling to the Eugene Public Library in 2002 was given at several conferences, including PLA and the TX State Library conference. It gives a fair bit of information about the RFID technology and the AMH, but has a strong focus on working with staff as effectively as possible when a new technology is coming.
